Seth A. Josephs, Director of Operations
Seth Josephs graduated from Bryant University in 1997 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a concentration in Management. While attending Bryant, he held an internship for the Small Business Development Center (SBDC) and Small Business Administration (SBA). During that time, Seth consulted with start-ups and existing companies on business plan development.
In 1997, Seth was recruited by CVS/Pharmacy to become a member of their Leadership Team in Boston, MA. In 2004, he was promoted to a District Sales Manager for the greater Boston area. During the next 9 years, Seth was responsible for managing 18-20 pharmacy locations with over 600 team members and producing $150+ million in annual sales.
